How to Initiate a Return

If you’d like to return an item, please reach out to our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. You’ll be assigned a Return Authorization (RA) number and guided through the return steps.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging.

Tags must remain intact.

Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns. Domestic return shipping costs will be covered by Shalig.

 

Reverse Logistics – Domestic Orders

We take care of the reverse pickup for all domestic returns:

Our team will share packaging guidelines and schedule a pickup via our logistics partner.

Please repack the product securely to prevent damage in transit.

 

Returns for Bulk or Wholesale Orders

For bulk orders or large shipments, returns require special coordination:

Please notify us as soon as possible.

Our team will support end-to-end planning based on your warehouse, delivery method, and inventory condition.

 

International Returns

For international orders:

Return shipping, duties, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Use a trackable and insured courier to avoid loss or delays.

Contact our support team to ensure proper documentation and coordination.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll:

Process your refund within 2 business days to your original payment method.

Or assist you with selecting an exchange product if you prefer.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that’s damaged or defective:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

We’ll promptly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, based on your preference.
